WristbandBros.com orders are generally delivered within 14 business days (and often sooner). Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should review the estimated delivery date presented during checkout.
The Deadline Calendar
A deadline calendar is provided during checkout. If your wristbands are needed by a specific date, we encourage you to select your specific date on this calendar prior to ordering. After your order has been completed, a Wristband Bros representative will review any deadline selected on the deadline calendar. In the event we’re unable to make your delivery deadline you will be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours.
Rush orders are available and are subject to a rush charge at WristbandBros.com discretion. These charges are shown clearly prior to checkout. Rush orders are delivered by the dates expressly mentioned during checkout. Although WristbandBros.com takes all precautions to deliver rush orders prior to their intended delivery date, delays can occur. In the event of a rush order being delivered beyond the listed date agreed to at checkout, please view our Returns Policy page for more information.
Orders that are not placed as a RUSH are guaranteed by a certain delivery date only if both of the following conditions are met:
- The customer has chosen a deadline date on the deadline calendar during checkout or received a deadline guarantee from a WristbandBros.com representative in writing;
- The event date chosen falls into the range that qualifies for free shipping.
Customers that choose free shipping but request a delivery date that qualifies as a rush order will be contacted by a WristbandBros.com representative for a second payment of the required rush fee. The customer will also have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
