I'm sorry to report that there has been a temporary shutdown of wristband production. This shutdown was unavoidable due to a longstanding, bitter disagreement over where we would go for lunch. Brent wanted to go Greek, Tim wanted Potbellies and I was thinking we should try something new (we ALWAYS go to those places).

If you want my humble opinion, this is all Brent's fault. Tim is willing to compromise and go to a NEW Greek place, which would satisfy both The Greekers and the Independents (me). But Brent is refusing to budge. He says its GRK or bust. But we go to GRK all the time. I simply can't stand for it. We voted, the votes were counted, and GRK lost, for Pete's Sake!

All I know for sure is, we can not hold our customers hostage like this. This shutdown is unacceptable and can not be used as leverage. We're a wristband company, Brent. We make wristbands. Failing to fulfill this most basic duty is completely and utterly reprehensible. I'll skip lunch before I allow that to happen.

If you've recently placed an order with us, don't worry. 85% of the wristbands will still get made. Only non-essential wristbands are being delayed. If your wristbands are considered non-essential, there will be no refund available. We will gladly fulfill the order if and when we can all agree on a place to eat.

Customers, this promise I direct to you: I promise to do everything I can to end this shutdown as quickly and swiftly as possible (we'll probably just end up taking separate lunches).

Thank you for your time and patience as we sort this out.
