As stated in the beginning, The color of the band is nowhere near the color on the website. Is is dull and drab. Trying to get a custom inlay color is not user friendly. Spent quite a bit of time with the "chat" to try and figure out where to go to get custom colors. As it turned out one side of the band ended up being black instead of white.
The quality of the band is great and turn around time was excellent.

Our order arrived on time and the quality of the keychain exceeded our expectations! The colors were bright and the construction of the keychain was impeccable. The item truly depicted the design that was submitted. Students will be so excited to receive this keychain as part of our school's character education program!
