We recently has an employee engagement event at our plant where we handed out lanyards with our event's theme logo, and the images was crips, there was no color bleeding, and the lanyards were clean and high quality. The price is fantastic, the proofs are provided in a timely manner, and the delivery was plenty quick. The higher-ups were very impressed and our budget wasn't hurting either.

So far it has been good. Quick replies from customer service and easy ordering process. We will see how the final product turns out and if my instructions on the order are followed.

The site is easy to use and not confusing like the others I tried. The questions I asked were answered clearly and I wasnt left with more questions. The service was quick but the quality was poor. The bracelets seem quickly slapped together. There are random bag sizes with no quantities listed and no packing slip. I'm spending a lot of time counting them and removing all the silicone strings hanging off them. Wouldn't use this service again.
