website is not very user-friendly. The constant pop-up from customer service and the help pop-up section does not go away or cannot be closed after the conversation ends. Very difficult to find the items to review before purchasing and shipping time is horrible, and the expedited shipping is overpriced.

When entering the order it needed a carriage return after the count, which I failed to do so it just hung and I couldn't get help finding the solution. Called. All the operators were busy. Reentry worked.
