This new bracelet product from Leatherman brings fashion and function together in a sublime way. The Leatherman Tread contains 29 different tools. Screwdrivers, box wrenches, a bottle opener and a SIM card tool are one of the many hidden devices tucked away in a casually cool bracelet:
With no blades, the Tread passes TSA guidelines and can be carried on a plane. Which was sort of the point. Creator Ben Rivera had his tool set confiscated while boarding a flight to Orlando. He figured there had to be an easy-to-carry tool set that could be brought on planes without issue. When he couldn’t find exactly what he was looking for, the Leatherman Tread was born.
